The Solea Wellness:

We kindly remind you that the children under the 12 years old are allowed to use our swimming pool until 5:00 pm only.  

PETS AT SOLEA

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Solea.

For the final cleaning of the room, we charge a supplement of € 20.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES

In order to confirm the reservation, you will be asked to provide a 30% deposit of the booked stay.
 

In case of cancellations made 48 hours before arrival, a deposit of € 50.00 will be retained. This amount will be used to cover bank and management fees for the return transfer.
 

Lower notice or no show: 80% of the total stay.

FURTHER USEFUL INFORMATION

Prices do not include the city tax of € 2.50 per night per person up to a maximum of 10 nights (children under 14 are exempt).
 

The rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure. Subject to availability, an early check-in or a late check-out is available.
 

In case of late arrival date or early departure, the entire cost of the room will be charged.
 

Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and other indoor areas of the hotel. A special Cigar Room is available for smokers.
 

In our hotel, pets are welcome with advance request.

Reservations are binding when confirmed by us after receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay by bank transfer.

The deposit can also be paid by postal order or credit card, communicating the data at the time of booking.

We accept payments by debit card, by Visa or Mastercard credit card, in cash (up to € 999.00) and by check or bank draft.
