Solea Gourmet Breakfast (7:30 am - 10:00 am)
A delicious buffet awaits you, following your heart’s delight. The scent of coffee and the smile of our chefs will be the signals that mark the beginning of each fabulous day where you can stimulate your senses with exquisite specialties. Juice presses are available for freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, as well as organic bread and a corner with farm products. On request, we can organise a special breakfast with our sparkling wine Solea Club Cuvée and fish delicacies.
Light Lunch (12:30 pm – 2:00 pm)
The experience for the palate also continues at lunch with our Light Lunch. With tasty soups, a pasta dish, fresh salads and a series of appetizers and organic bread, accompanied by soft drinks and a choice of two different wines, the pleasure of dining is guaranteed!

The Dining Lounge is the superb dimension of flavours of our boutique hotel. Here, our chefs will tempt you with their culinary artistry while expert sommeliers will advise you on the right wine to pair. At dinner, a fine four-course à la carte menu awaits you, exquisite soups and first courses as well as succulent meat and fish based dishes. Of course, there are many vegetarian dishes and, with advance notice, we prepare gluten-free or lactose-free dishes. Cheese lovers will appreciate the vast selection from our buffet with the best offerings from Trentino. To top it all off... desserts! All strictly homemade You can also choose from four prestigious and local wines every evening.
